How should I prepare this?
Infuse in 200 ml of boiled water for 3-5 minutes, one tea bag per cup. You can also mix this with your usual tea.
How often should I use these products?
You can have them one to three times a day. We also recommend trying different products each month to get the most out of your regular cup of green tea.

How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Are these products approved in Australia?
Yes. All our teas are tested by SGS (The world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company). Also checked by food labelling consultants to comply with Australian standards of food labelling.
